Who We Are
We started Little Growing Cloud with a simple goal: To make quality intervention accessible and affordable for more families in Singapore. By bringing intervention programmes right to your home, we aspire to create a safe, familiar environment where children feel comfortable and confident to grow. We believe that every child deserves the chance to grow, learn, and flourish — no matter where they start. Because just like the clouds above — ever-changing and ever-transitory— every child will shine in their own time. Like they say, every cloud has a silver lining!

We provide home-based intervention services for children with special needs, focusing on developing communication, social, motor, cognitive, and adaptive skills.
Meeting each child in their comfort zone and tailoring intervention plans to their unique needs and strengths, we pride ourselves in our child-centred and family-focused approach. We understand that progress looks different for every child, and we celebrate every little milestone along the way!

Getting to Know You
We begin the journey with a complimentary consultation where we come to you for a relaxed session. This allows us to understand your concerns, observe your child, and learn about their individual needs in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
Using the Assessment, Evaluation, and Programming System (AEPS) alongside other trusted assessment tools, we take a closer look at your child’s developmental profile.
Our goal is to identify their strengths and the areas where additional support can help them grow.
Designing a Personalised Plan
With the information gathered, we will develop an Individualised Education Program (IEP) that is designed uniquely for your child.
It will cover five key developmental areas:
Communication l Social skills l Motor (Fine & Gross) skills l Cognitive skills l Adaptive skills
Collaborating With Families
We believe in family-centred practice. Once the plan is ready, we meet with you to discuss our recommendations, outline the intervention options (which may take place once, twice, or three times weekly), and set shared goals for both the short and long term.
As we begin intervention, we maintain close communication with parents — keeping you involved, informed, and empowered. Together, we celebrate every milestone, no matter how small, and review the plan as your child continues to grow and learn.
Preparing for Mainstream Integration
For children getting ready to join or transition into mainstream school, we offer ongoing support classes focusing on:
